These Terms govern your use of ORIA, an app by White Coat Media. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

What ORIA is

ORIA reads product labels and gives you a clear, evidence-based verdict on what's inside - across food, cosmetics, cleaning, supplements, home fragrance and pet food. It's an information tool to help you decide.

Not medical advice

ORIA provides evidence, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional or veterinary guidance. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health, your family's health, or your animal's health - especially regarding allergies, pregnancy, medical conditions, infants and children.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use ORIA.

Subscriptions (ORIA+)

ORIA offers a free tier and an optional ORIA+ subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their billing and cancellation terms. Pricing and trial details are shown at the point of purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or use ORIA unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Intellectual property

ORIA, its content, classifiers and branding are owned by White Coat Media. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers & liability

ORIA is provided “as is”. While we work hard to ground verdicts in published evidence, we can't guarantee the service is error-free or that every label is read perfectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Coat Media is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
