Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your ORIAaccount and personal data at any time. Here's how, and what happens.

Delete from the app

• Open ORIA and go to Profile.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and associated data are removed.

Delete by email

Prefer email? Write to [email protected]from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify the request and complete it.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your scan history, saved items and preferences.
• Your profile and personalisation settings.

Note: scan photos are never stored beyond the moment of analysis, so there are no images to delete.

Timing & retention

Deletion requests are processed promptly, typically within 30 days. We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law (for example, records needed for security or to meet legal obligations), after which it is removed.
