Account Deletion
How to request deletion of your Oria account and data.
Delete Your Account In-App (when available)
Once the app is released, you will be able to delete your account directly in the app:
- Open Oria and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
Request Deletion via Email
You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at kam@gm.com. Please include the following so we can verify your identity:
- The email address associated with your Oria account
- Country/region of residence
- Optional: reason for deletion (helps us improve)
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information and identifiers
- Usage logs and preferences associated with your profile
- Support conversations tied to your account
We may retain certain information where legally required (e.g., fraud prevention, accounting) and for backup integrity for up to 30 days. Backups are securely overwritten on their normal cycle.
Timeline
We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and complete deletions within 7 days, subject to verification.
Revoke Permissions and Unsubscribe
- Camera access can be disabled in your device settings at any time.
- You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
